We have created the Green Ship Recycling division to contain dismantled ships on beaches, letting toxins flow out to waterways, and sustain the lives of people. For this purpose, we have initiated dry-dock facilities that capture toxic waste with proper safety procedures that protect our workforce. Ships are dismantled and recycled within the scope of EU legislation and national legislation, Basel, IMO, ILO contracts by purchasing ships that have completed their economic life and are being brought to the facilities. We have authorized partners who are licensed to recycle metal, hazardous and non-hazardous wastes in strategic locations across the world. |

The energy landscape has witnessed a significant shift and continues to evolve at a rapid pace, with committed corporations and countries driving the world towards clean power generation. The UAE is steadfast in its commitment towards reducing the carbon footprint and we at APT have partnered with a well-established European company to install hydrogen fueled generators for our power requirements. By converting from conventional diesel generators to hydrogen powered generators, APT is making a positive commitment towards sustainable solutions and leading the industry to embrace green energy solutions in the Middle East. The implementation of hydrogen power generation will the first of its kind in the country. |
